Casino Trial – Underage Gets Harmed

Craft, a 19 years old boy, was admitted by Grand Casinos of LA without ID. The casino supposedly allowable Craft to drink alcoholic drinks and gamble, even though he was under the officially permitted age for both activities. At the same time as gambling, he was served more than a few alcoholic beverages free of charge. Craft lost all the money he had with him at the casino. While driving home, Craft's truck went off the main road and rolled over, ejecting him. He had not been wearing a seat belt and his blood alcohol level was 0.10.

Craft and his parents take legal actions to the companies that operated the casino. Plaintifs affirmed that Craft's judgment while driving was impaired by a combination of intoxication, lack of sleep, and melancholy over his gambling losses. They contended that the casino operator acted in slipshod fashion in permitting Craft to drink and gamble without checking his age, and in continuing to serve him alcohol after he was clearly intoxicated.
